Fresh-Roasted Cacao Nibs
Fresh-Roasted Cacao Nibs
Ingredients: Organic cacao beans
What's a nib?
Nibs are the first (and star) ingredient in all the chocolate that you've had before. We buy fairly-traded specialty cacao and then roast the beans, crack them, and winnow them at our roasting room in Bozeman. What’s left is inside this bag... just the nibs! Rich in antioxidants, fiber, iron, and magnesium, they’re a great addition to smoothies, oatmeal, on ice cream, or in baked treats. But there are no rules, and the sky’s the limit.
This is an 8 ounce bag of roasted nibs.
Caution: These bags may contain small fragments of cacao bean husk / shell that are left from the winnowing process. We do our best to remove them, but there will be a few small pieces in each bag.

Simple Ingredients
We make dark chocolate from just two ingredients: specialty cacao and organic cane sugar.
Transparent Trade
Transparent Trade
To us, "transparent trade" means knowing the people in our cacao supply chain and making sure those folks get fairly compensated for their time, energy, and expertise.
Sustainable Packaging
Sustainable Packaging
We are plastic-free and work hard to create nice packaging that is also recyclable or compostable. The clear bag inside of our chocolate boxes is made of cellulose so it is curbside compostable!
