At Caldera Cacao, every bar is made with care in small batches. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to help!

Refunds and Replacements
We’re happy to provide a refund or replacement for any product that arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect. Please reach out within seven days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Nonreturnable Items
Because chocolate is a perishable food product, we can’t accept returns once items have been picked up or delivered. However, if there’s an issue with quality or fulfillment, we’ll always work with you to find a solution.

In-Store Pickup Issues 
If your order wasn’t available during posted pickup hours or there was an error with your pickup, contact us anytime and we’ll resolve it quickly.
