Pomegranate is one of winter’s oldest celebratory fruits — a symbol of abundance, renewal, and brightness in the darker months. Peppermint, on the other hand, feels delightfully modern: crisp, cheerful, and wrapped in nostalgia. We wanted to bring these two eras of winter flavor together: we candied the pomegranate seeds to protect their tart, aromatic, almost floral sparkle, and crushed natural candy canes to add a cool, refreshing contrast.
Blanketed in dark chocolate, the combination is elegant yet lively — ruby-bright fruit, peppermint crackle, and a finish that lingers like a good holiday memory.
