Ingredients: navel oranges, cacao, organic cane sugar
This is one of our most popular treats, and making them is a labor of love! To start, Lauren slices oranges, candies them on the stovetop, allows them to dry overnight, and then dips them in our house blend 70% dark chocolate. The 70% dark chocolate is our Caldera Blend and is made from just cacao and organic cane sugar, and grinds for three days straight before it's ready for the oranges.
These are great for sharing around the table with friends, wine, and good conversation — or maybe alongside a lively game of rummy, cribbage, or pinochle after dinner!
This is a bag that holds at least 120 grams (4.23 ounces) of candied oranges dipped in chocolate. By weight, each bag is roughly half orange and half chocolate.
