For the past year and a half, our rough cut chocolate has been the staple at Caldera. Chunky, satisfying, perfectly imperfect pieces of chocolate that you could snap, savor, and share (or keep for yourself). Lauren calls them “snicky snacky” chocolate: a casual, joy-filled way to enjoy it.

We are plastic-free and work hard to create beautiful packaging that is also recyclable or compostable. The clear bag inside of our chocolate boxes is made of cellulose so compostable, biodegradable, and 100% plastic free!
